📋 Description

• Coach 30 to 90 creators across 2 to 3 brands daily in the brand's Discord • Write one daily feedback message to each creator covering hook, caption, pacing, lighting, and CTA • Share inspiration every 2 days, including the hook, why it worked, what to watch, and the link • Run one weekly group call per brand covering account reviews, inspiration, and new scripts • Report daily in the morning and weekly on calls regarding posting activity, tier movement, and winning content • Train creators from their first post through their first viral video and first sale • Help scale creator communities from approximately 100 to 1,000 daily-posting creators by 31 January 2027

🎯 Requirements

• Experience making short-form content that performed, or coaching people who did; portfolio/evidence required • Honest and able to give feedback that creators value • Consistent availability 7 days a week, 2 to 3 hours a day per brand, for every brand • Camera literacy: iPhone, lighting, framing, and sound • Uses AI daily to write faster, review faster, and find angles • Comfortable with ownership and a public scoreboard • Excellent written and spoken English
