📋 Description

• Conduct Responsible AI impact assessment reviews and related compliance activities • Evaluate AI use cases and systems against governance requirements and controls • Guide HR stakeholders through compliance processes and required assessments • Document review outcomes, recommendations, and decisions • Identify compliance challenges, process gaps, and scalability improvements • Translate governance requirements into operational processes, tools, documentation, and program capabilities • Design and implement operating procedures, reviewer guidance, and knowledge-management resources • Lead improvements to assessment workflows, intake, case management, and other program capabilities • Develop requirements, user stories, process documentation, and implementation plans • Support automation, AI-assisted workflows, and process efficiencies • Implement new compliance requirements across workflows, tooling, reporting, and operating practices • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations • Analyze operational and compliance data for trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvements • Refine reporting approaches and maintain data quality and measurement capabilities • Collaborate across Responsible AI, compliance, and technology delivery teams • Draft communications, training materials, guidance documentation, and implementation artifacts • Build stakeholder relationships and drive initiatives from concept through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security or AI risk governance • Demonstrated experience reviewing AI assessments, applications, or technology deployments to determine compliance with internal or external policies • Strong program execution and operational delivery experience, including process design, process improvement, and implementation of complex initiatives • Experience developing operational documentation, procedures, playbooks, requirements, user stories, and related program artifacts • Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar data visualization tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and compliance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and stakeholder-facing materials • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive progress within fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Experience working with or within global technology companies in a similar compliance, privacy, or AI governance function, either as a technologist, engineer, attorney, or compliance specialist • Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks, including EU AI Act and U.S. NIST AI RMF, data protection practices such as GDPR and CCPA, or regulatory expectations related to AI • Exposure to HR systems or processes, particularly as they relate to AI governance, data ethics, or employee trust • Experience building process automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled operational capabilities • Experience building or refining Power BI data models, measures, or reporting frameworks • Background in large-scale compliance transformation or governance modernization initiatives • Consulting experience and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on detail-oriented execution • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship and extensions are unavailable
