📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity and operational readiness plans • Identify potential business disruptions and develop mitigation strategies • Conduct business impact assessments and risk analyses • Coordinate continuity planning across business, operational, and technology teams • Facilitate contingency planning, disaster recovery readiness, and fallback procedures • Establish continuity metrics and monitor organizational readiness throughout project lifecycles • Develop detailed cutover strategies and implementation roadmaps for large-scale system deployments • Lead cutover planning workshops with business and technical stakeholders • Define and manage cutover checklists, runbooks, command center activities, and transition plans • Coordinate deployment sequencing, dependency management, and resource assignments • Monitor readiness criteria and execute go/no-go decision processes • Lead hypercare planning and post-implementation stabilization activities • Identify and manage implementation risks and escalation issues during deployment events • Develop integrated project plans, schedules, status reports, and executive dashboards • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews • Ensure alignment between project objectives and operational outcomes • Track key performance indicators and project success metrics • Proactively identify and resolve project issues affecting business continuity, cutover, and operational readiness • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes • Translate business needs into actionable implementation plans • Build trusted relationships across executive, operational, and technical teams • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and key milestones • Manage conflicting priorities and drive alignment among business partners • Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials • Facilitate issue resolution across cross-functional teams • Develop advanced project tracking and reporting solutions using Excel and/or Smartsheet • Create executive dashboards, KPI reporting, resource plans, and risk logs • Analyze project performance data and provide actionable recommendations • Maintain project documentation repositories and governance artifacts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered • 8+ years of project management, consulting, business analysis, or program delivery experience • 5+ years leading large-scale business transformation or enterprise system implementation projects • Demonstrated experience managing system cutovers and production deployments • Experience developing and executing business continuity or operational readiness plans • Experience facilitating executive-level governance and stakeholder engagement • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments • Requirements gathering and validation • Process analysis and process improvement • Gap analysis • Current-state and future-state assessments • Change impact assessments • Project planning and scheduling • Risk and issue management • Dependency tracking • Executive reporting • Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and functions, pivot tables and pivot charts, dashboard development, scenario planning, and reporting automation • Smartsheet expertise, including project plans, dashboards, and risk and issue tracking • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration and reporting platforms • Preferred: experience supporting ERP, HRIS, Financial, or Payroll system implementations • Preferred: experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms • Preferred: consulting experience within large organizations • Preferred: experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives • Leads complex initiatives with minimal oversight • Influences decision-making across all organizational levels • Demonstrates executive presence and strategic thinking • Identifies risks, dependencies, and business impacts • Uses data-driven decision-making approaches • Quickly evaluates alternatives and develops recommendations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams • Exceptional planning and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
