📋 Description

• Review patient medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications • Evaluate prescription requests and determine treatment appropriateness using clinical guidelines and independent medical judgment • Conduct and document synchronous video and/or phone consultations in applicable states • Collaborate with clinical operations, administrative, and support teams to ensure efficient patient care • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, risks, and follow-up recommendations • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within telehealth platforms and EMR systems • Support ongoing improvements to clinical workflows and operational processes • Help uphold high standards for patient safety, compliance, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license(s) in good standing • Licensed in 13+ U.S. states • Strong preference for licensure in: CA, TX, FL, NY, IL, CO, PA, AZ, WA, and/or OH • Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Comfortable conducting synchronous telehealth consultations where required • Previous telemedicine experience preferred, but not required
