📋 Description

• Work with the lead consultant to analyze business requirements and design solutions using the Salesforce platform • Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, and perform peer code reviews • Develop solutions using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components • Develop integrations with back office systems (sometimes through the use of middleware tools) • Perform complex data migrations • Participate in development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment • Assist in the estimation of work effort and establishment of realistic schedules for development • Maintain effective client relations – deliver timely and relevant information and identify and report project risks • Assist client teams by supporting the live application and perform knowledge transfer activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce development experience • Prior experience in a consulting or agency role • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Platform Developer I (minimum, II preferred), App Builder • BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration • Strong understanding of data architecture best practices • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Excellent oral and written communication, decision making, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead Salesforce projects alongside the project manager and lead consultant • Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Advanced Admin, Salesforce Platform Developer I (minimum, II preferred) • Architect-level certifications and other Salesforce product-specific certifications a plus • 7+ years progressive development experience on the Salesforce platform including Apex Triggers,s, Batch Processes, Lightning Components, and Flows • Knowledge of DevOps, with Salesforce DX and other toolsets • Experience with complex data migrations and data analysis • Understanding of Agile process • Strong customer-facing and communication skills • Background in agency work • Ability to handle multiple customer engagements at the same time • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Prototyping (InVision or similar) • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular JS, React, etc.) • Experience developing for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning App Builder • Experience as a Sr. Developer or Team Lead, mentoring other Developers a plus • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
