📋 Description

• Administer the day-to-day health, maintenance, and optimization of DealerOn's Salesforce platform • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, permissions, sharing rules, queues, groups, and metadata • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, role hierarchy, permissions, and security • Troubleshoot user issues and investigate and resolve Salesforce system errors and support requests • Maintain data quality through governance, duplicate management, imports, exports, mass updates, and cleanup initiatives • Support sandbox management, deployment validation, regression testing, and production releases • Monitor Salesforce platform health, storage, integrations, and performance • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics • Evaluate Salesforce releases and recommend process-improving features • Maintain platform and administrative documentation • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and related technologies • Build custom applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external SaaS applications using data integration tools • Use JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Web Services, and Salesforce APIs to enhance business applications • Perform code reviews and ensure Salesforce development best practices • Analyze requirements and balance declarative configuration with custom development • Participate in planning, technical design, estimates, testing, deployment, and post-production support • Produce and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions and integrations • Facilitate testing and implementation of Salesforce and JIRA tools, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, debugging, and timeline management • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience • Certifications as a Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator • 5+ years of Salesforce Admin and Development roles utilizing Flows, Visualforce, APEX, APIs, and data integration tools • Strong ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with stakeholders and leadership to define and meet shared objectives • Ability to prioritize tasks that change and manage unexpected requests • Action oriented with a high sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels with ease, clarity, and transparency: one-to-one, small group, and large audiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and maximize Salesforce capabilities • Demonstrate a high degree of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement • A successful candidate must pass a background check as a condition of joining the team • Position is open to US residents only
