• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to validate business requirements and review technical designs • Conduct peer reviews of designed builds • Develop and review Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce, and other Salesforce customizations • Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components • Integrate Salesforce with organizational systems using Salesforce APIs • Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write and maintain test classes • Own project development release cycles and deploy new or updated applications and code • Collaborate with IT and developers to integrate systems across the business • Implement and optimize data validation, deduplication, and cleansing strategies in Health Cloud • Apply HIPAA, SOC2, and Salesforce security best practices, including field-level security, encryption, and audit logging • Troubleshoot governor limits, optimize SOQL queries, and design scalable batch and asynchronous processing solutions • Write, interpret, and audit technical specifications • Assist with release planning and coordinate feature and update rollouts • Manage Salesforce development, testing, and staging environments and deployment pipelines • Implement and maintain version control, including Git, and manage code merges • Manage CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AutoRABIT • Identify and mitigate release risks • Develop and maintain release and deployment documentation • Establish and enforce change control policies, peer reviews, quality gates, and rollback plans • Implement and maintain automated regression testing using Provar, Selenium, or custom Apex test frameworks • Use Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado and Gearset, and ADO for Agile collaboration
• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Computer Sciences, professional qualification, or equivalent relevant experience • Minimum of five (5) years of Salesforce development experience • Experience working with large data sets and bulkification • Experience implementing and developing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Salesforce HealthCloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud product knowledge • General web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and Salesforce team members • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I • Salesforce Certified DevOps Center Specialist • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle • Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I are advantageous • Direct experience with HL7/FHIR integrations, EHR/EMR systems, or healthcare regulatory requirements preferred
