📋 Description

• Develops high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions, including data models, integration architecture, and automation logic • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce implementation • Work closely with project managers, clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project strategies and effective collaboration • Review developer work, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices • Provide support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments • Advise and mentor teams on technical and functional delivery, guiding best practices and solution implementation • Oversee full-lifecycle projects from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role • 6+ years of Salesforce development; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) and AI Specialist required; demonstrated legacy integration and DevOps leadership experience • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration expertise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer Cloud • Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies • Current Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills • Familiarity with integration patterns, application architecture, and security best practices • Owns the full release cycle (SFDX, Copado/GitHub Actions), mentors junior developers, and implements Agentforce custom actions with Invocable Apex • Relevant educational background, typically a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
