📋 Description

• Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements • Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations • Act as the primary driver of the project • Guide customers through the change management process • Ensure successful implementation of technical aspects • Maintain accountability for delivery quality • Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce within the client’s environment

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional services experience • Experience with implementing Salesforce • configuring Salesforce • leading Salesforce optimization projects • providing Salesforce managed services • Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design • Strong preference for prior experience configuring clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CPQ+ • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
