📋 Description

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements for public sector clients • Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems • Configure and customize Salesforce managed packages to address specific client needs and extend platform capabilities • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, ensuring code quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standards • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable solutions • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations on their applicability to public sector projects • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards • Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes • Occasional travel for client onsites may be required for this role.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically working with public sector clients • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools • Experience implementing and configuring Salesforce managed packages • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React • Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, etc.) for integrating Salesforce with external systems • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and interact with stakeholders.
