📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize operations and service delivery. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and deliver scalable solutions. • Lead the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from ideation through to deployment and maintenance. • Ensure adherence to best practices in machine learning, including model evaluation, validation, and monitoring. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in machine learning applications and processes. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. • Stay abreast of advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies to recommend improvements and new approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in software application development and design experience. • 3-5 years experience working with Machine Learning systems. • 3-5 years of experience with AWS services (ECR, S3, SageMaker). • 5+ years experience in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn). • Experience building large, complex systems, particularly web services, RESTful APIs, and continuous integration and delivery. • Experience with tree based models, DVC, Airflow and/or SQL are nice to have. • Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with other teams. • Motivated to understand the nuances of data and its impact on the business.
