📋 Description

• Provide specialized broadcast power support for live sports and media productions with networks such as ESPN, NBC, and CBS • Work on a wide range of temporary event power projects with scalable, secure, sound-attenuated power generation tailored to venue needs • Install, commission, service and repair generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or OFA systems • Install and commission for Event Services and other complex projects • Troubleshoot equipment failures in Event Services and service centers • Calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements using mathematical formulas • Complete minor repairs and major overhauls on time, to standard, and within agreed budgets • Interface with a remote operations center to prevent failures, design proactive notifications, and support compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located near an Aggreko facility, with up to 75% travel • Able to travel extensively, up to 75%, and be away for extended periods of time • 5+ years of relevant work experience • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience • Previous experience with event and entertainment • Experience servicing, testing and installing commercial HVAC or industrial diesel generators • Read and comprehend electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals • Maintain knowledge of and comply with OSHA, EPA and other required safety regulations • Availability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations if needed, and be on standby outside regularly scheduled shifts • Must pass the post-offer physical abilities assessment • Able to lift 60 lbs., push/pull 80 lbs., carry 60 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and perform climbing while carrying 15-lb. objects, stooping, kneeling and squatting • Able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods and walk over uneven terrain with functional balance • Able to move extremities and spine through a functional range of motion from ground/floor level to full overhead level • Good finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and functional grip strength to safely hold tools and stair railings or ladders
