📋 Description

• Support customer success with Agilent ICP-OES and ICP-MS hardware and software • Provide post-sales technical and application support for Agilent atomic spectroscopy products • Deliver customized consulting and application support remotely and at customer sites • Educate customers on Agilent's ICP-OES and ICP-MS hardware and software portfolio • Help customers develop solutions for specific application and analytical needs • Interface with customers to answer questions and provide product training • Contribute to effective and expedient resolution of customer problems • Provide information to the Customer Service Organization to facilitate knowledge transfer and broaden organizational insight • Lead the design and delivery of integrated, multi-technology solutions • Serve as a key contributor of technical expertise and business/industry knowledge • Mentor peers, colleagues, and partners to drive workflow and application expertise • Understand customer needs in regulated environments • Solve complex, high-impact system and application engineering services problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or another life-science discipline; equivalent work experience will also be considered • 2+ years of work experience with ICP-OES and ICP-MS solutions and a deep understanding of workflow and applications • Expertise in atomic spectroscopy techniques, workflows, and solutions required • In-depth knowledge and experience in application implementation and troubleshooting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Available for a flexible work schedule • Minimum 75% business travel • Located within one hour of a major metropolitan airport • Willing to overnight travel by plane anywhere in the US and Canada
