📋 Description

• Perform on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent and third-party systems • Optimize system configurations and troubleshoot performance issues • Deliver preventive maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs • Respond promptly to service requests and proactively communicate with customers throughout the service process • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configuration best practices to ensure optimal performance • Collaborate with managers and sales teams to align service delivery with customer expectations • Maintain compliance with Agilent policies and uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service • Provide feedback to Product Specialists, manufacturing teams, and OEM vendors regarding performance anomalies • Document service activities, time, and expenses accurately in SAP and other systems • Train customers and fellow engineers on equipment operation and maintenance • Support complaint handling and quality systems as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, military training, associate degree, or relevant college coursework in electronics or a related field required • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related science field is a plus • 4+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user of clinical/analytical instrumentation in regulated lab environments • Hands-on experience with instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair preferred • Familiarity with Agilent biopsy tissue stainers is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficient in computer systems; able to analyze data using Excel (pivot tables) and complete online training modules
