📋 Description

• Connect with new and existing customers, generate and qualify leads, and support follow-up activities with sales teams • Assist with inbound and outbound activities • Track campaign performance and maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM systems • Lead independent, high-visibility projects for Agilent’s sales organization and customers • Analyze markets and translate insights into actionable sales strategies • Receive training on Agilent’s instrument portfolio and workflow solutions • Support teams working with automated cell imaging, real-time metabolic and functional analysis, flow cytometry, genetics/genomics, and molecular and synthetic biology workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year at an accredited university in a 4-year degree program in a STEM field such as Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Clear and confident written, verbal, and phone communication skills • Self-motivation and a careful, detail-oriented approach to following instructions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and experience with spreadsheet data • Curiosity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment • Experience in customer-facing or student leadership roles, such as sales, tutoring, academic advising, or peer ambassador programs
