• Serve as the primary Business Finance partner to HR, Legal, Corporate Development, and Technology Office • Provide financial decision support to CEO Staff functional leaders and their teams • Partner with functional leaders, Finance back-office, and Enterprise Corporate FP&A on long-range planning, investment decisions, monthly close activities, and financial reporting • Advise functional leaders on financial priorities, challenge assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend actions • Own long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, transformation initiatives, and pro forma analysis • Translate complex business issues into financial recommendations for senior executives • Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, forecast gaps, and corrective actions • Build understanding of business and cost drivers and work through financial details supporting executive decisions • Support HR, Legal, Technology, and Strategic Corporate Development leaders on strategic, operational, and financial decisions • Develop and improve financial processes and models • Own month-end activities, forecast integrity, issue resolution, and reconciliation of key financial assumptions • Communicate complex financial matters with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, challenging and influencing decisions
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in accounting or finance equivalent • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering, FP&A, strategic finance, or infrastructure finance roles • Experience partnering with Senior Business leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions and support operational decision-making across functions • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to business strategy and operational drivers • Proven ability to lead annual planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and performance management processes • Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with a track record of challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders at all levels • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, changing environment • Experience leveraging data visualization, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, decision support, and business insights • Sound knowledge of general accounting principles along with comprehensive experience in budgeting and forecasting models • Ability to work independently as well on a team
