📋 Description

• Assist assigned Client Directors in protecting and increasing Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and customer satisfaction • Manage the transaction lifecycle from quote to cash • Identify account requests and coordinate internal support team resources • Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecasts with assigned Client Directors • Schedule recurring Salesforce.com opportunity review meetings • Work with assigned customers to address questions and issues and provide timely solutions • Engage internal and external support teams to resolve customer issues • Assist in deal structuring and prepare customer pricing and proposals • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to improve communication, discounts, and turnaround on registration or special pricing requests • Accept customer orders and verify booking documents are complete and accurate • Coordinate monthly accounts receivable meetings to review invoice aging and past-due invoices • Develop and maintain client profiles and records of past quotes • Provide value-added services such as SLAs, presentations, order history, and related materials • Develop and maintain strong pre- and post-sales contact with assigned accounts to facilitate long-term relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • 2-3 years of Sales Support preferred, with Technology industry experience preferred • Ability to understand and analyze client needs and link them to company offerings • Independent self-starter and effective team player • Creative problem-solving skills • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to adapt and react to situations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure • Understanding of general business principles • Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to calculate margin percentages using cost+, list-, and flat GPM% models • Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred • Outstanding multitasking skills • Desire to learn the business process end to end • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
