📋 Description

• Manage the transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate internal support resources • Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors • Schedule recurring meetings to review Salesforce opportunities • Address customer questions and issues and coordinate resolutions • Assist Client Directors with deal structuring, customer pricing, and proposals • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to improve communication, discounts, and special-pricing turnaround • Accept customer orders and verify booking documents • Coordinate monthly accounts-receivable reviews of aging and past-due invoices • Develop and maintain client profiles and records of past quotes • Provide value-added services such as SLAs, presentations, and order history

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • 2–3 years of Sales Support preferred; Technology industry experience preferred • History of working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment required • Ability to understand and analyze client needs and link them to company offerings • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure • Adaptability and ability to react to situations • Understanding of general business principles • Strong mathematical aptitude, including calculating margin percentages using cost+, list-, and flat GPM% models • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred • Must be in MST/PST
