📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver cybersecurity engagements focused on identity and data security • Act as engagement lead on customer engagements • Communicate project roles and responsibilities to project team members • Plan, monitor, appraise, and review project objectives • Enforce project policies and procedures • Lead cybersecurity projects involving assessments, design, implementation, migration, remediation, and operationalization • Coordinate execution across consultants, architects, engineers, customer stakeholders, and partner vendors • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and client communications • Manage RAID logs, project dependencies, change control, decision tracking, and executive status reporting • Drive client governance cadences, including kickoffs, status meetings, risk reviews, steering updates, and acceptance/sign-off checkpoints • Ensure repeatable delivery standards, documentation requirements, evidence collection, and quality gates • Partner with technical leads on security controls, testing, cutover, validation, and post-implementation support • Manage concurrent security engagements and shared resources across pods or workstreams • Forecast requirements, quote services, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions • Develop budgets and track budget expenses • Staff projects appropriately and supervise team members • Provide performance management feedback for project-aligned resources • Promote process improvement and pursue ongoing professional self-development

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior project management and planning experience • Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to manage client expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments • Working knowledge of security delivery lifecycles, including assessment, design, implementation, testing, remediation, cutover, and transition to operations • Familiarity with cloud security concepts including CNAPP, CWPP, and DSPM • Familiarity with public cloud hypervisors including AWS, Azure, and GCP • Familiarity with identity security concepts including IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation, RBAC, SoD, service accounts, and secrets management • Familiarity with data security concepts including data discovery, classification, labeling, DSPM, DLP, retention, insider risk, and governance • Ability to manage technical and business stakeholders through security risk, compliance, and control-related decisions • Experience creating executive-ready status reporting, action plans, issue escalations, and customer-facing documentation • Preferred: PMP, CSM, ITIL, Security+, CISSP familiarity, or equivalent security/project delivery credentials
