📋 Description

• Provide advanced support for customer warranty and non-warranty technical needs across all AHT product lines and services • Perform installations, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial refrigeration units at customer locations • Resolve complex technical product issues • Act as liaison to Product Management regarding design and application improvements • Maintain advanced proficiency in company products and services, including installation, programming, and equipment protocol • Maintain advanced proficiency in designated third-party products and services • Troubleshoot and repair heat pump issues while minimizing downtime • Develop work instructions and technical product documentation for AHT and third-party products and services • Submit knowledgebase materials for reference • Review Customer Service project scopes, store prints, diagrams, and specifications • Evaluate and specify alternative components • Work with contractors to ensure stores meet operational standards • Develop and implement technical training modules for internal and external use, including progress metrics, participation tracking, pass/fail analysis, and certification protocols • Modify System CX and suggest software and parameter changes for efficient operation • Perform or manage system energy analysis for optimal operation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s (AA) degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5-7 years of related HVAC/R experience and/or training with HFC & Co2 • R290 experience is a plus • Certified in the use and handling of refrigerants preferred • Ability to read, understand and use assembly drawings and wiring diagrams • Ability to troubleshoot, test and repair electromechanical components • Ability to take necessary ESD precautions with sensitive electronic hardware • Familiarity with hand tools, refrigeration tools including pumps for evacuation and glycol, and standard supermarket maintenance tools • Ability to use computer and software tools to adjust parameters and diagnose issues • Familiarity with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and IBM Notes email programs required • Experience with SAP a plus • Must be available to work different schedules daily according to client availability • Up to 90% overnight travel required • Valid driver’s license in state of residency required • Valid passport or ability to obtain a passport immediately • Proven experience in commercial refrigeration service and installation • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Reliable transportation • Ability to travel throughout assigned Florida regions • Must provide own tools and equipment • Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and scheduling • Ability to meet stated physical requirements
