📋 Description
• Lead and manage engineering teams in the design and execution of substation and transmission projects • Oversee electrical engineering responsibilities throughout project lifecycle from conceptual design through detailed engineering, procurement, construction support, and commissioning. • Manage resource allocation, staffing plans, work assignments, and workload forecasting • Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain client relationships • Mentor and develop engineering staff, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering • Professional Engineering (PE) license in one or more U.S. states • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects • Experience with transmission and distribution substation design (34.5 kV -- 500 kV). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
