📋 Description

• Perform cost estimates for HV and MV electrical power systems • Interface and coordinate with other departments • Work independently to develop cost estimates and project budgets • Review client RFP documents to determine scope, schedule and design criteria • Develop cost estimates for internal labor efforts • Present cost estimates to department and company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ Years’ Experience in cost estimating of Transmission Level Substations and Transmission Lines (13.8kV – 500 kV) • Practical knowledge and understanding of Engineering/Procurement/Construction types of projects • Good written and verbal communications skills • Familiarity with reviewing preliminary substation and transmission line electrical drawings and calculations • Highly motivated and able to execute tasks independently. • Ability to conceptualize the needs of substation and transmission line projects based on project RFPs
