📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable AI learning programs, curriculum, and training materials • Support enablement initiatives across platforms and workflows such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise • Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and hands-on enablement experiences • Create learning assets such as prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, assessments, and LMS-based learning content • Partner with internal teams and enterprise clients to support AI adoption and user enablement efforts • Translate complex AI concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences • Support change management and adoption strategies • Continuously experiment with AI tools and stay current with evolving AI technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong instructional design and course development craft • Hands-on experience using AI tools • Comfortable in front of a room, virtual or in-person • Experience with enterprise technology platforms • Experience with change management
