📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to a financial advisor • Review accounts and create reports for the financial advisor • Respond to client requests for forms or marketing literature • Assist with processing paperwork and client mailings • Call and answer telephone calls and assist customers • Follow up on sales leads • Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed • Direct clients and sales leads to appropriate team members • Perform office tasks such as copying, taking messages, and distributing mail items as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required • Experience with customer service interactions • 2 years office clerical experience, including customer service environment • Skilled in verbal and written communications • Self-motivated and eager to learn the business • Coachable and able to work well in a team environment • Ability to adapt well to change • Thorough and able to communicate effectively • Discreet with all client interactions and documents • Strong organizational skills • Proficient with MS Office applications and other software applications • Must disclose U.S. political contributions made by the candidate and household family members over the past two years if selected to move forward • Must not have political contributions that disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial under applicable pay-to-play rules
