📋 Description
• Responsible for handling all aspects of complex directors & officers claims • Making coverage determinations • Investigating losses, evaluating, and projecting potential exposures • Making case presentations • Setting judgmental reserves • Developing and implementing resolution strategies • Working with defense counsel and collaborating with underwriting • Delivering differentiated value and service to customers and distribution partners
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of six years of experience handling complex insurance claims • Ideally experienced in Management Liability claims • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of the litigation and arbitration process • A Juris Doctor is preferred
