• Define and drive NAM Tech delivery roadmap aligned to overall technology vision • Ensure end-to-end delivery of technical projects • Ensure measurable outcomes for NAM stakeholders and customers • Act as main point of contact for client-facing technical projects • Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders • Build and mentor a high-performing solution delivery organization • Exercise strategic influence across NAM Tech teams • Identify risks early and create mitigation strategies • Implement improvements in project delivery processes
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management • at least 4 years in people management position • demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams • technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, software deployment practices • experience with API-based software integrations • strong experience with Agile methodologies • strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tools • proven ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields (preferred) • experience in QSR, digital signage, or retail technology industries (preferred)
