• Collaborate with Project Directors and Task Leaders to plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables • Develop and maintain project documentation, including standard templates, workflows, and processes aligned with AIR’s best practices and contractual requirements • Track project progress using Jira, update dashboards, and ensure timely completion of tasks and tickets • Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning, implementation, and reporting • Forecast and analyze project data, synthesizing insights into reports and visualizations to inform decision-making • Monitor project benchmarks and performance indicators, identify risks, and recommend adjustments • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and accountability • Support resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance and meet project goals • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline project management practices • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Support AIR’s Healthcare Innovations Team, which implements new approaches to care and payment and produces evidence on their effectiveness
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, education, psychology, political science, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and staffing processes; or an advanced degree (MBA, MPA) with at least 4 years of relevant experience • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis • Employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available • Depending on project work, qualified candidates may need to meet certain residency requirements • Experience managing technical or data-driven projects is preferred, but not required • PMP certification is preferred, but not required • Effective communication skills for efficient collaboration in a virtual environment • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills • Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with clients • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite • Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering high-impact results • Selected candidates will undergo reference and background checks • Adherence to AIR’s child safeguarding standards and principles
