📋 Description

• Collect primary-source data through interviews, focus groups, and surveys; organize materials and contribute to content development • Participate in collecting and reviewing research and evaluation data • Compile quantitative datasets and develop data-sharing agreements • Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to reporting and interpretation of findings • Compile and synthesize information, including literature reviews and policy scans • Prepare documents, report sections, briefs, charts, and graphs describing and interpreting analytical findings • Support proposal writing and business development activities • Support project management by developing timelines, coordinating meetings, and tracking project progress • Contribute to evaluation and research projects focused on students, families, and communities through engagement, partnerships, and cross-sector collaboration • Work with practitioners, policymakers, and community stakeholders to inform decision-making and improve equitable systems of support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in the social sciences or related fields • Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative data collection • Experience using qualitative or quantitative data analysis software, including STATA, R, NVivo, or similar • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data collection and report writing • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Effective communication and collaboration in a virtual work environment • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, with strategic thinking ability • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis • Employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available • May need to meet certain residency requirements depending on project work • Selected candidates must undergo reference and background checks and adhere to child safeguarding standards
