📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related contracts • Advise Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams on contractual risk, regulatory exposure, and deal structuring • Escalate novel or high-risk legal issues appropriately • Support data privacy and protection compliance, including GDPR and regional data protection frameworks • Monitor and interpret telecommunications and consumer protection regulations across key operating markets • Flag regulatory risks to relevant stakeholders • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal documentation • Contribute to legal operations initiatives that improve turnaround time and consistency • Support corporate governance matters, entity management, and coordination with external counsel across jurisdictions • Collaborate with People, Finance, and Security teams on legal matters affecting team members, vendors, and company policy

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent qualification • 2+ years PQE or equivalent • Solid general commercial practice experience • Experience drafting and negotiating partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related agreements • Proven general commercial practice experience within a fast-growing company • Ability to advise colleagues directly in plain language at the design stage • Strong organisational skills • Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities without close supervision • English working-language proficiency • Nice to have: in-house experience at a technology or digital product company • Nice to have: exposure to telecommunications, consumer protection, or sector-specific regulatory frameworks • Nice to have: experience with legal operations tooling, templates, playbooks, contract automation, or Juro
