📋 Description

• Serve as the primary D&B execution lead on Product Inclusion pilots focused on supply acquisition pipeline and offline design considerations • Translate community signals into documented product insights for product managers and designers • Support Executive Sponsor Community execution, including briefings, high-visibility engagements, commitment tracking, and accountability • Lead the Community Service program relaunch as DRI • Implement and integrate company-wide platforms • Establish a global volunteer champion network and external partnerships with Reputation and Hosting • Own platform requirements and develop community health intelligence • Build belonging measurement infrastructure, including metrics, activation tracking, and business-oriented reporting • Develop and integrate Passions into the Airfinity and Community Service ecosystem • Represent D&B vision and strategic priorities in cross-functional conversations • Produce documented blueprints with frameworks, roles, success metrics, and iteration guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience at the intersection of community, employee experience, or D&B work and business outcomes • Demonstrated track record connecting community, employee experience, or D&B work with business outcomes for product, business, and executive audiences • Ability to build senior relationships and translate community signals into business language • Global fluency across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America • Systems orientation and ability to build scalable infrastructure and document processes • Ability to analyze community and engagement data and translate it into business language • Experience owning platform implementation and gathering requirements with technical teams • Experience building measurement infrastructure from scratch • Familiarity with Chezie, Asana, Goodera, or equivalent platforms • Ability to hold VP-level relationships, prepare and brief Executive Sponsors, and represent D&B work cross-functionally • Active use of AI in workflow and ability to support practical team adoption • Genuine commitment to equity and belonging
