📋 Description

• Build and manage partner relationships within the assigned territory • Manage professional host accounts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals • Analyze data and apply data-driven recommendations to identify strategic opportunities and increase sales • Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply • Support clients with a baseline understanding of technical integrations for software partners • Represent Airbnb in meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences • Educate clients on product changes and relay product and policy feedback to internal stakeholders • Stay current on Canadian short-term rental regulations at federal, provincial, and municipal levels • Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with partners • Develop long-lasting partnerships and deep knowledge of assigned markets • Provide timely, exceptional service and occasionally travel to the market for in-person support • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support • Fluency in English required • 2+ years of tech or travel industry experience is a plus • Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and book of business • Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data • Ability to work strategically and tactically and execute in ambiguous environments • Proven cross-functional work experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Highly proficient in CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and core objects • Salesforce experience is a plus • Based in Ontario, Canada and willing to travel regularly to the assigned territory; typical expectation is once every quarter • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy • Airbnb host experience is a plus
