📋 Description

• Drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership on AI investment priorities and set the multi-year technical roadmap. • Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production. • Ensure high-quality, efficient data pipelines that support both business and AI needs. • Define and own success metrics that tie ML work directly to business outcomes. • Grow and mentor a team of ML/Data engineers, raising the technical bar across the org. • Lead and mentor a senior team of Managers and Engineers across Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Software Engineering. • This role is highly cross functional so you will partner with senior leadership across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and across our Business to align stakeholders, define multi-year roadmaps, set and execute on iterative milestones. • Coaching and developing team members, helping them grow their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of overall engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team in a fast paced, high growth tech environment • BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field • Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale with a great impact • Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles • Technical leadership: hands on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction and strategy, and working cross functionally with Product and Data Science teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Examples of working across teams and organizations on technical initiatives.
