📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop enablement managers and activation specialists • Set team goals, priorities, and quality standards • Build team capacity, identify skill gaps, invest in development, and hire talent • Co-own the end-to-end enablement content strategy • Guide creation of playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, onboarding curricula, and certification programs • Leverage AI for content development, personalized learning, coaching at scale, and practice • Translate CBO and Supply strategy into actionable enablement plays • Partner with regional leads and cross-functional stakeholders to launch products, initiatives, positioning, and sales plays • Build feedback loops across field teams and four lines of business • Work with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Community, and Policy • Report program performance, ROI, and team impact to senior leadership • Partner with Advanced Analytics to design A/B and ERF experiments • Serve as a player-coach on high-priority programs

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related field • 3+ years managing and developing enablement or GTM teams • Frontline sales experience, including carrying a quota, managing accounts, or working directly in a sales motion • Deep expertise with AI-powered enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, Intellum, Seismic, or equivalent • Strong background in instructional design and content strategy • Proven ability to design and scale GTM activation programs across geographically distributed field and vendor teams • Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment • Strong data fluency and experience designing experiments, interpreting results, and presenting impact • Excellent communication and executive presence • Must be based in the US, in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity • Experience with vendor or outsourced sales team enablement is a strong plus • Familiarity with supply-side or marketplace dynamics is a plus • Ability to serve as a player-coach when needed
