📋 Description

• Support strategy discussions on spend allocation and pacing between Finance and Marketing leadership • Partner with Financial Operations to track Marketing media and production budgets and inform strategic allocations • Establish KPI frameworks for marketing channels and campaigns; set and monitor KPI targets, OKRs, and efficiency goals • Develop ROI calculation methodologies with Data Science and Research and lead holistic campaign reviews • Support weekly reporting for Marketing and Hosting organizations and quarterly campaign performance reviews • Conduct deep dives into business trends and variance drivers • Independently lead data extraction, analysis, visualization, and presentation • Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Hosting leadership to develop strategy and support business performance • Report to the Director, Marketing Strategic Finance • Work with growth marketing, data science, finance, marketing strategy, and product marketing to evaluate insights, perform financial analysis, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive operational excellence • Present insights to senior management, including the VP of Marketing, Head of Growth Marketing, and Finance leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant business and analytics experience • A mix of financial planning, management consulting, and/or analytics experience is ideal • Financial analysis and modeling skills • SQL experience preferred • Ability to work and influence cross-functionally across marketing, data science, finance, and external partners • Strong communication skills with audiences at various analytical levels • Ability to work with large data sets and synthesize them into stories with recommendations • Advanced presentation skills using Google Docs, Keynote, and Excel • Grasp of current social networking systems • Experience within the marketing ecosystem preferred • Familiarity with marketing channels and KPIs, acquisition funnel analysis, and campaign effectiveness evaluation preferred • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
