📋 Description

• Serve as the primary on-site representative of CS Medical • Deliver professional, responsive, customer-first service to hospital and clinical staff • Build strong customer relationships through communication, reliability, and technical expertise • Perform installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of customer-owned equipment across the United States • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person visits • Ensure equipment operates safely and complies with company and regulatory standards • Complete service reports, final acceptance testing, training competency/records, and performance checks accurately and completely • Submit service documentation the same day as the on-site visit • Maintain organized records in the Service Department’s central systems • Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and spare parts • Track and report usage, replenishment needs, and discrepancies • Support service quality initiatives and customer satisfaction goals • Provide field feedback to improve products, service processes, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of experience in a technical or medical device service environment (or equivalent) • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset • High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems) • Proven ability to manage documentation with speed and accuracy • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Approximately 100% travel • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with hours varying based on travel and customer needs • Must be authorized to work lawfully for any employer in the United States • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 110 pounds • Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred • Experience working in hospital, clinical, or repair environments preferred
