📋 Description

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items • Coordinate activities among clients, engineering, product, carriers, and support teams • Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and changes • Support device, SIM, and connectivity deployment activities • Maintain project documentation and implementation records • Escalate blockers and ensure timely resolution • Assist with post-deployment reviews and customer follow-up • Coordinate enterprise IoT, mobile connectivity, and device deployment projects • Manage timelines, client communication, project documentation, risks, and coordination across internal technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing customer-facing implementation projects • Strong organization and follow-through • Experience coordinating technical teams • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to manage timelines, risks, and client updates • Telecom, IoT, or mobility experience preferred but not required • Familiarity with SIMs, cellular connectivity, or device provisioning preferred but not required • Experience with Azure IoT or AWS IoT preferred but not required • PMP or Scrum certification preferred but not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be available during Eastern Time business hours
