📋 Description

• Identify ownership of parking properties and conduct end-to-end research for the company database • Identify relevant decision-makers within target companies or entities using databases, websites, online research, and other resources • Research company hierarchies and structures to identify appropriate contacts • Locate contact information for hard-to-reach individuals • Research properties, including reviews and news articles, to identify sales pain points and opportunities • Enter and manage accurate, comprehensive, and current records of property owners, accounts, leads, and contact information • Develop multithreading strategies to identify alternative organizational contacts • Collaborate with team members to gather insights and share best practices • Craft the narrative supporting AirGarage’s outbound sales motion with the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based outside the United States • Enough overlap with US business hours to collaborate with the team and join key meetings • Proficiency in property databases, online research tools, and contact databases is a plus • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Determination to pursue information and explore available resources • Flexibility and openness to new ideas • Ability to think outside the box and use unconventional research methods • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities • Salesforce experience is a plus • Successful completion of a background check and employment verification • Day-to-day communication in English
