📋 Description
• Support the day-to-day execution of Driver Operations function • Serve as a primary support contact for drivers regarding general questions, issues, and requests • Manage inbound driver cases related to performance concerns, compliance issues, and account status • Coordinate driver onboarding activities, including documentation collection and system setup • Investigate and resolve driver payment issues, discrepancies, and inquiries
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or administrative roles • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow defined processes while operating in a fast-paced environment • Customer-service oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
