📋 Description
• Develop and refine corporate development strategy • Identify and cultivate M&A opportunities • Evaluate acquisition targets for strategic fit • Drive execution of M&A transactions • Collaborate on post-acquisition integration • Build relationships with investors • Develop and present investor communication materials • Support executives on fundraising activities • Serve as strategic thought partner
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or venture capital, management consulting, corporate development • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Investment banking experience with M&A and live deals • Strong analytical skills & data literacy • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively • Success-oriented mindset
