📋 Description

• Own the implementation roadmap and remove time-consuming, risky steps from the critical path • Turn manual implementation work into self-serve configuration, data migration and mapping tooling, and administrative controls • Work closely with Implementation Managers and accounting firms through real go-lives • Identify migration bottlenecks, mapping issues, and gaps between expectations and reality • Own platform areas outside integrations, including infrastructure, reliability, developer experience, and productivity tooling • Establish and track implementation health metrics such as time to go-live, escalation volume, and manual touchpoints • Partner with engineering and design to ship products • Collaborate with Services, Customer Success, sales, and go-to-market teams to bring changes to market

🎯 Requirements

• 5-to-8 years of product management experience • Experience in product management in a B2B SaaS organization • Excellent product roadmapping skills • Strong product lifecycle instincts • Ability to ship software, keep teams aligned, and course-correct • Experience related to Platform solutions • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required now or in the future • Experience with implementation, onboarding, or professional services tooling (nice-to-have, not required) • Experience with data migration or complex customer configuration (nice-to-have, not required) • Experience owning infrastructure, developer tooling, or other technical product areas (nice-to-have, not required) • Startup experience (nice-to-have, not required)
