📋 Description

• working independently as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders • owning the technical program management while maximizing Akamai's platform value for the customer • being the central point of contact for customers • leading the integrated account team delivering customer success • educating customers on Akamai's products and services • responding to escalations when various program management issues arise • leading operational improvements to mitigate future risks

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • relevant experience in customer-facing technical roles within public cloud or cloud software companies • proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale cloud projects for enterprise customers • solid consulting, relationship-building, and communication skills • hands-on expertise in IaaS, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, or other modern cloud technologies • program or project management experience across cross-functional technical teams • cloud architect certifications • proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
