• Develop end-to-end process maps of immunization reporting and data flow across IHS Headquarters, Area Offices, and Service Units • Build decision trees and use-case scenarios that show providers and program staff exactly which report to use, when, and how • Clarify role delineation across organizational levels and user types (providers, program staff, quality improvement personnel, Area Immunization Coordinators, leadership) • Facilitate stakeholder working sessions to document current-state workflows and design improved future-state processes • Identify workflow gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies contributing to underused or misinterpreted reports • Contribute flowcharts, templates, and step-by-step workflows to a comprehensive User Operations Guide
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting workflow analysis, process mapping, business process improvement, stakeholder facilitation, and operational assessments • Experience developing process maps, decision trees, and workflow documentation (BPMN, swim-lane, SIPOC) • Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification • Healthcare, public health, or federal agency environment experience; EHR/clinical reporting workflow familiarity a plus • Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming tools; awareness of Section 508 accessibility standards.
