📋 Description
• Manage and maintain the branch CRM program to ensure efficient lead generation and tracking. • Review and mine the orphan client book of business to identify potential sales opportunities and qualified leads. • Distribute leads to participating financial professionals and advisors in accordance with established program guidelines. • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries related to the CRM program.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent professional work experience. • Hands-on customer service, operations, administrative and/or sales support experience. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
