• Maintain a schedule and conduct site and system audits across fixed sites, mobile operations, and support systems • Lead and oversee corporate quality improvement teams based on organization quality-metric data analysis • Manage complex and/or multiple quality improvement projects and initiatives • Ensure project goals, outcomes, and objectives are accomplished • Develop and monitor project plans • Track project status, identify and resolve barriers, and ensure milestones are met within prescribed timeframes and budget constraints • Update appropriate parties on project status • Serve as an expert for accreditation processes, including Joint Commission and other company accreditations • Maintain survey readiness and educate team members on applicable standards • Track manager compliance with unit system checklists, Site Specific Hazard Vulnerability Assessments, and code drills • Participate in the organization-wide infection control program by contributing to the annual Infection Control Risk Assessment • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Florida residency is required • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • Three (3) years related experience; preferably with a background in radiology or healthcare provider experience • Management experience in operations within the healthcare industry • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written including the ability to teach and mentor on QI principles and program activities • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem solving ability • Organizational skills & Attention to Detail • Knowledge and understanding of Internal Quality Auditing by process • Facilitation skills • Knowledge and understanding of Joint Commission standards as they apply to diagnostic imaging • Knowledge and understanding of OSHA requirements as they apply to accident investigation and workplace safety • Knowledge and understanding of Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) • Knowledge of CQI principles • Team player who builds effective working relationships with internal and external customers at all levels • CPHQ certification preferred • Comprehensive expertise in Cardiac/Coronary CTA (CCTA), including beta blocking, scan acquisition, workflow optimization, patient management, and coronary imaging best practices
