📋 Description

• Lead and extend Energy Hub’s core platform for managing distributed energy resources • Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps • Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation of those hypotheses • Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests • Partner closely with other product teams to deliver against key strategic priorities • Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact • Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven’t considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of software product management experience • Experience working with electric utilities or IoT • Familiarity with modern grid management and planning tools and frameworks, or comparable expertise • Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders • Experience leading complex, technical projects from ambiguity to delivery • Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style • Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions • Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work • A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity • Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact
