📋 Description

• Handle a high-volume caseload involving creditors’ rights and real estate litigation matters • Draft pleadings • Conduct legal research • Manage discovery • Support motion practice and case progression from inception through resolution • Proactively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to manage assigned matters • Make court appearances and undertake attendant travel • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions • Provide superior client care and proactive communication • Support team collaboration and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar • 5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice • Must proactively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software • Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation • Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors’ rights practice generally • Willingness and ability to make court appearances and undertake attendant travel • Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication • Self-starter able to work in a collaborative environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Active membership of the South Carolina Bar required • Additional Bar licenses are a plus
