📋 Description

• Support the firm's Texas practice as an associate attorney • Manage assigned matters using the firm's case management and reporting software • Apply knowledge of civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation • Handle matters involving title and lien priority, title claims, foreclosure, eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors' rights • Attend court appearances • Travel as required for court appearances and related matters • Provide superior client care and proactive communication • Collaborate with and mentor team members • Articulate complex legal concepts clearly • Exercise sound judgment in all matters

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a member and in good standing of the Texas State Bar • 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice • Must proactively utilize the Firm's case management and reporting software • Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation • Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors' rights practice generally • Court appearances and attendant travel required • Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication • Self-starter able to work collaboratively • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Active membership of the Texas Bar required • Additional Bar licenses are a plus • Strong leadership abilities, team collaboration, and mentoring skills • High analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive approach to legal challenges • Sound judgment in legal matters
