• Train, implement, and provide oversight for the Alberici Lean Edge (ALE) program, Champions Academy, ACT, and Field/Trade Leadership programs • Collaborate with project teams to provide Lean training and improve project outcomes • Serve as a change agent implementing best practices and strengthening the Lean culture • Train, mentor, and collaborate with teams on Team Building and Alignment, Conditions of Satisfaction, Big Room, Last Planner System, Facilitation, Coaching and Training, 5S, and Gemba • Lead partnering sessions and Team Health assessments for large and diverse groups • Train and mentor teams on the Last Planner System of Production Control in a digital environment • Train project teams to facilitate phase pull plans, weekly coordination meetings, and daily huddles • Train project teams to deploy the Site Organization System (5S) • Mentor assigned project teams using the Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, and Enable (EDGE) model • Review Lean Journey progress with Champions and project teams and provide mentoring • Utilize data and analytics to support project teams • Participate in Gemba Walks and help identify opportunities and develop improvement plans • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve training materials • Implement improvement and innovation projects directed by the Lean Director • Maintain current knowledge and use of Lean tools and processes • Participate in leading industry organizations such as LCI and Communities of Practice • Travel to offices, client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings, and other locations across North America • Attend in person as required by supervision, company guidelines, and project or office obligations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field and 5 years of construction experience and 1-2 years of Lean experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Willingness to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%) • Ability to travel to company and subsidiary offices; offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings; and other locations across North America • Regular and reliable attendance in person as required by the Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
