📋 Description

• Negotiate with lien claimants • Navigate a case management system • Write reports for clients • Summarize recent case law and updates • Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys

🎯 Requirements

• Must be planning to take the July 2027 California Bar Exam • Must have passed the MPRE by the time the position begins in September 2027 • Must have received Moral Character determination approval by the time the position begins in September 2027 • A law degree from an accredited law school • Pending California State Bar results are required • Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or other shared cloud storage • Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact • Ability to work independently in the absence of specific instruction • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
