📋 Description

• Lead live professional-learning sessions for teachers across grades and departments • Present 1-on-1 support calls, virtual department workshops, full-day onsite auditorium sessions, and exam-specific seminars • Answer platform and content questions and adapt workshops as needed • Own in-person session logistics, including technology preparation, catering setup, and maintaining room energy for 3–6 hours • Build new subjects and enrich existing content during slower training periods • Execute strategic projects and use AI to improve speed and scale while owning final quality • Represent teacher feedback in Product and Content roadmap decisions • Edit videos and gather testimonials and social proof • Maintain marketing, state, and Help Center pages and keep social channels active • Provide responsive email and chat support to teachers • Lead marketing rollouts for major launches • Execute data-driven email and in-app campaigns to increase classroom adoption, especially for the free adaptive suite • Travel nationwide to lead onsite trainings and occasionally attend conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years teaching 3rd–12th grade • Deep understanding of classroom realities and supplemental resources • Experience leading training sessions that drive adoption • Ability to juggle several unrelated projects, learn new domains quickly, and thrive in ambiguity • Ability to work autonomously and make first-principles decisions • Calm, warm, and adaptable under live-training pressure • Experience using generative AI such as Claude or Gemini, while maintaining human-quality accuracy and polish • Experience integrating educational technology into teaching and quickly learning new tools • Clear, diplomatic communication and patient problem-solving • Belief in rigorous practice and feedback to improve student outcomes • Albert classroom experience is a plus, not required • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for trainings and occasional conferences • Must live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas • Must live within one hour of a major airport • Valid driver's license • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to travel nationwide for work-related purposes
